Job summary

Sandro, a leading premium/luxury fashion brand, is seeking a capable Sales Floor Manager in Amsterdam. You will lead a high-performing team, drive turnover, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

We value talent and initiative, with Dutch language skills beneficial but not essential. You will mentor staff, maintain stock controls, and ensure merchandising standards across the floor, contributing to Sandro's continued growth in Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in premium/luxury retail.
• Strong adaptability to customers and business needs.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team.
• Dutch speaking is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell in a professional and friendly manner contributing to the development of turnover.
• Engage with our customers to the highest standard, exceed their expectations by going the extra mile and building strong customer loyalty.
• To always use initiative to be a senior leader amongst the Sales Team, and support them in development and achieving their own business goals.
• To run the sales floor when requested by the management team ensuring the slick operation, clear communication and sales driving hours whilst maximizing conversion opportunities with the team.
• Support and develop Sales Assistants in relation to in-depth product knowledge in order to aid our customers fashion needs.
• Adhere to stock control procedures and assist in merchandising/visual directives.
