Job summary

Eurofins in the Netherlands is looking for a working student to join the project office this summer. You will support the coordination and processing of research assignments, helping ensure a smooth workflow between clients, logistics and the laboratory.

You will register and check incoming samples, verify completeness, process data, and assist with sample preparation for shipment while collaborating closely with colleagues in logistics and lab teams.

Qualifications

• You are currently a student (HBO/WO or MBO level 4).
• Available July till October (at least 2 days per week).
• You work accurately and in a structured way.
• You are stress-resistant and can switch between tasks.
• You have a good command of Dutch.
• Affinity with laboratory work is a plus but not required.
• You are proactive and not afraid to ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Registering and checking incoming assignments and samples.
• Verifying completeness and identifying discrepancies.
• Processing data and results in systems.
• Supporting the release and preparation of samples for shipment.
• Coordinating with colleagues in logistics and the laboratory.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements.
