Job summary

Exact is seeking a Strategy Manager to shape and drive its strategic agenda in collaboration with senior leadership and the Executive Committee. You will focus on growth strategy, product and portfolio strategy, pricing and packaging, M&A, and long-term value creation.

This role suits a former strategy consultant or in-house strategist who wants to own outcomes and thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience and project management skills are important.
• Experience handling end-to-end project delivery is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

The Strategy and Integration team plays a key role in shaping Exact’s corporate strategy and ensuring the successful integration of acquired companies.

As Strategy Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and driving Exact’s strategic agenda. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Executive Committee on high impact strategic topics such as growth strategy, product and portfolio strategy, pricing and packaging, M&A, and long-term value creation.

This role is ideal for a former strategy consultant or inhouse strategist who wants to move from advising to owning outcomes, and who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

• Effective communication skills, stakeholder and relationship management;


• Experience in handling end to end project delivery;


• Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably at a (strategic) consultancy company


• The ability to identify interdependencies and see opportunities to improve;


• Fluent in English and Dutch.
