Job summary

You will align tasks, capacity, priorities and outcomes, and support teams in advancing project and program management, including portfolio management and PMC methodology.

As an MT member, you share responsibility for strategic direction and organizational development. The role requires a strong leader with change management and organizational development

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and MT experience preferred.
• Experience with change management and organizational development.
• Experience with portfolio and project management.
• Affinity for project-based delivery and civil projects.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Direct約 35 colleagues and ensure coherence between tasks, capacity, priorities and results.
