Job summary

• Oversee the governance of the contract execution and performance.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and contract outcomes.
• Identify and manage contractual, financial and operational risks.
• Prepare and support contract and performance evaluations.
• Advise on contract changes, extensions and terminations.
• Advise on indexation requests.
• Contribute to re-tendering by translating lessons learned into strategies.
• Advise management on contractual issues and decisions.
• Contribute to the development of contract management within CAK.
• Provide guidance to junior contract managers.
