Job summary

A leading logistics solutions company in Veghel is looking for a Senior Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Manager. This role focuses on coordinating planning capabilities across multiple business domains, namely Airports, Distribution, and Warehousing. You'll define corporate standards, drive forecast accuracy, and play a key role in the Integrated Business Planning transformation. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Anaplan and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10+ years in S&OP, S&OE, demand planning or supply chain planning.
• Track record in building planning capabilities and designing processes.
• Experience in a matrix organization, ideally across regions or business domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain corporate standards, KPIs and maturity models for S&OE and Demand Planning.
• Coordinate planning activities and decision-making across Airports, Distribution and Warehousing.
• Coach S&OE Coordinators and support Demand Planners with tools, training, and governance.
