Overview

Strategic Revenue Management Analyst — Location: Veghel; Industry: Food; Work Model: Hybrid; Hours: 40 per week

The Strategic Revenue Management Analyst plays a key role in driving promotional strategy and excellence across the business. The role focuses on three core areas:

Responsibilities

• Promo Leadership: Support annual promotional strategy refreshes and collaborate with account teams to implement strategies at customer level.
• Promo Drumbeat: Lead quarterly reviews of promotional performance via the Price & Promo Council, enabling insight-driven decisions by commercial leadership.
• Trade Excellence: Own the usage, training, and adoption of TPP/TPE promotional tools across the organization.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of analytics experience.
• HBO-level education and/or equivalent experience.
• Strong process orientation: structured, patient, calm, and eager to learn within a large organization.
• Background in process analysis, finance, or supply chain is a plus.
• Experience in revenue management and commercial analytics is highly valued.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Training on Visualfabriq will be provided.

Team structure

The analyst will report to the manager and work alongside three colleagues, each specializing in different geographies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across various departments within Mars.
