Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Eindhoven seeks a senior Regulatory Counsel to guide the company’s engagement with European regulators. Embedded in the Ethics & Compliance team, you will translate complex laws into actionable guidance and own the regulatory intelligence framework across Europe/EMEA.

You will monitor new rules, assess risk, partner with Government Affairs, oversee monitoring tools, and engage stakeholders to ensure compliant, strategic business decisions in a fast-paced, multinational tech

Qualifications

• Requires a law degree (LLM) in an EMEA jurisdiction and significant regulatory/compliance advisory experience.
• Experience with regulatory intelligence and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, English required.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory monitoring and logging of new laws and revisions.
• Interpret regulations and advise on applicability, risk, and legal consequences.
• Partner with Government Affairs to identify regulatory changes needing policy decisions.
• Own the regulatory monitoring tool and data framework.
• Engage stakeholders, support risk assessments and gap analyses.
