Job summary

Technopolis Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead complex studies and advisory projects at the intersection of science, technology and public policy. You will guide research design, manage deliverables, budgets and client communication with an international team.

You will advise clients, develop new business opportunities and mentor junior consultants while shaping policy impact across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experienced consultant or policy researcher with strong analytical and project leadership skills.
• Track record in leading studies, advisory or evaluation projects, ideally international/European.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex studies, evaluations and advisory projects with responsibility for quality, planning, budgets, and client communication.
• Advise clients, build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders; develop new opportunities and proposals.
• Develop strong research and evaluation approaches and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Share expertise across international offices and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Guide and coach less experienced consultants in project work and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance science, technology and innovation policy practice.
