You will align with development teams, sales, and customers to ensure offerings are scalable, high-performing, and market-relevant.

The role demands a Master’s in engineering or equivalent, extensive product leadership across hardware, software and services, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Extensive experience in product development and product management, including hardware, software, and services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Fluent in English and passionate about innovation, customer value, and technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for digital products, services, and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and transform customer needs into successful market offerings.
• Coordinate product prioritization and choice-making processes to maximize business value and market impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and external partners to support commercialization and product growth.
• Own product performance, profitability, regulatory compliance, and information security throughout the lifecycle.
