Job summary

Colmore Collections seeks a Category Manager in Venlo to own the furniture assortment, indoor and outdoor, and guide sourcing, pricing strategy, and supplier relationships. You will monitor market trends and shape the collection to Colmore's distinctive style at the best price.

You will travel abroad several times a year to visit trade shows and suppliers, lead the category team, and drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and supplier negotiation experience.
• Ability to analyse market trends and set category objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Implement sourcing and quality policies; negotiate terms with suppliers and explore supply-chain collaboration.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier contracts.
• Translate assortment and pricing strategies into category objectives and actions.
• Analyse results vs. market trends and internal data and propose improvements.
