Job summary

JDE Peet’s FP&A Manager Europe will own the integrated regional financial view, leading budgeting, forecasting and performance management. You will partner with the Finance Director Europe and senior leadership to translate financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations.

This role drives standardisation, automation and FP&A capabilities across Europe, coordinating cross-country planning, scenario modelling and management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive FP&A experience in a large, multinational organisation with exposure to regional or multi-country environments.
• Advanced financial-modelling and analytical capabilities; experience improving planning, reporting and data-visualisation with modern finance systems; fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional budget, forecast, risks and opportunities, scenario-modelling and long-range planning processes.
• Coordinate the monthly regional performance review with concise management reporting and decision support.
• Maintain an integrated view of regional performance, analysing revenue, volume, price, margins, operating costs, SG&A, cash flow and working capital to identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Act as strategic finance partner to the Finance Director Europe, Europe Leadership Team and Cluster Finance Directors, supporting resource-allocation decisions and business cases.
• Collaborate across Accounting, Commercial Finance, Operations, Treasury, Tax and other functions to connect financial and operational perspectives.
• Lead the regional FP&A agenda by standardising processes, improving data quality, governance and automation across Europe.
