Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a finance professional to support large projects with detailed financial analyses and forecasts. The role requires applying GAAP guidelines and collaborating with business units to align budgets with strategy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 3–5 years of experience in professional environments, with strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to convey complex data clearly.
• Analytical skills to identify, define and resolve financial problems and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts activities in accordance with GAAP and MillerKnoll guidelines.
• Performs financial analysis using advanced and/or specialized accounting principles and techniques.
• Assists in development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Works with internal and external sources to collect, validate, and interpret complex data, with ability to lead communication of technical information.
• Continuously increases personal knowledge of the organization and business acumen through ongoing learning activities.
• Conducts activities with limited supervision and shares unusual issues or situations with leadership.
• Works independently on complex problems/projects that are broad in nature requiring thorough understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
