Redcare Pharmacy in the Netherlands seeks a Finance Business Partner for Pharma Operations & HR. You will serve as the trusted FP&A partner for pharma operations and HR, shaping strategic decisions through planning, analysis and performance management.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and drive value creation. The role includes advancing forecasting processes, adopting AI-driven tools, and partnering with senior leaders across an international

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field with 4–6 years FP&A experience.
Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case development.
Excellent analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to transform complex data into insights.
Advanced Excel and tools such as Power Query/Power Pivot.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams.

Responsibilities

Own the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Pharma Operations and HR.
Deliver insightful monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations, including HR reporting at Redcare Group level.
Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and cost drivers to identify opportunities and drive impact.
Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, planning methodologies, and financial transparency.
