Job summary

Philips in Best, Netherlands, is seeking a Product & Marketing Manager for Circular Solutions IGT-S to steer portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market activities across IGT-Fixed and IGT-Mobile Surgery. You will develop sales enablement materials, coordinate launches with cross-functional teams, and analyze portfolio performance while embracing circularity and refurbishment.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, communications, project management, or similar roles.
• IGT-S background is preferred.
• Upstream Product Management experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with an interest in circularity, refurbishment, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting portfolio management, product introductions, pricing, catalogue management, and lifecycle activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear messages.
• Proactive, collaborative, and organized, capable of working across a global matrix organization.
• Fluency in English is a must; Dutch is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IGT-Systems Circular Equipment portfolio across IGT-Fixed and IGT-Mobile Surgery, including lifecycle activities and pricing updates.
• Coordinate launch readiness and go-to-market activities with cross-functional teams.
• Analyse portfolio performance, market opportunities, and customer insights.
• Develop sales enablement materials, marketing content, and customer stories.
• Support communications, events, newsletters, and awareness-building activities for Circular Equipment.
• Drive engagement and collaboration to accelerate global adoption of Circular Solutions.
