Job summary

Victoria Grass Group in Nederland zoekt een CFO die nauw samenwerkt met de CEO en rapporteert aan de CFO van Victoria PLC. Je koppelt financiële performance aan productie en supply chain en stuurt op EBITDA en cashflow.

Je professionaliseert de financiële functie, begeleidt centralisatie van productie-administraties en versterkt Finance & Control, Treasury, IT en Risk & Compliance. Een hands-on leider met visie die operationele executie in een internationale productieomgeving aanstuurt

Qualifications

• Pragmatische CFO met zichtbare aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.
• Strategisch én hands-on, schakelt tussen lange termijn en operatie.
• Ruime kennis van financiële systemen en veranderingsprocessen.

Responsibilities

• Verbindt financiële performance met productie, supply chain en commerciële keuzes.
• Begeleidt centralisatie van productie-administraties en versterkt Business Control.
• Voert Finance & Control, Treasury, IT, HR, Group Reporting en ESG aan, stuurt op EBITDA, werkkapitaal en cashflow.
