Job summary

A leading company in renewable energy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop and implement category strategies for materials related to the renewable sector. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English. This role offers a hybrid work environment in Arnhem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement.
• Experience with EU tender systems such as Mercell.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for specific materials.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders for category strategy.
• Conduct supplier meetings and follow up on agreements.
• Contribute to innovation themes within the field.
