We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate person for the role of Store Manager at Gina Tricot in our first store in Amsterdam which will open in 2026. If you are passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills and love working in the fashion industry, then you could be the perfect candidate for us!
As a store manager, you take ownership of the store and are responsible for its results. In order for you to continue to develop your leadership skills, we provide you with support in your leadership role and access to our training courses in the Gina Tricot Smile Academy. Here it is important to us that you take the initiative to grow in your role.
We are looking for someone who is positive, sociable and driven. You always strive to be top-notch and are a true team player who not only stands by but is actively engaged on the floor with your team. Leading by example is a given for you as you motivate your team to create meaningful experiences for our customers. In addition, you are flexible and can adapt to different working hours, including evenings, weekends and busy periods such as Christmas.

The position is a permanent full-time position. We apply a probationary period.
Interviews and appointments are ongoing. At the final stage of the recruitment process, a background check is carried out in order to ensure a fair and secure recruitment process.
