Job summary

H&M is seeking a Store Manager in Rotterdam who will take full ownership of store performance and drive a customer-first experience. You will lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales staff to deliver exceptional service while meeting commercial goals.

You’ll balance front-of-house energy with back-end efficiency, shaping an environment where customers love to shop. This 38-hour, temp full-time role includes staff discounts and incentive programs.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Driving exceptional customer service by guiding the store team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge, and a memorable in-store experience
  • Interpreting sales data to drive performance and taking ownership of the store’s commercial success
  • Inspiring and leading a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to consistently exceed service and operational standards
  • Managing recruitment processes and ensuring effective onboarding and training for all new team members
  • Identifyinghigh-potential individuals and creating tailored development plans to support their career growth
  • Managing allaspectsof store operations—including compliance and visual merchandising—to ensure operational efficiency and upholdhigh standardsof excellence

Qualifications

This is a tempfull-timeposition with a contract of 38 hours a week.
