Job summary

O My Bag Amsterdam is hiring for a customer-focused role in Amsterdam. You’ll tell our story to help customers find the perfect bag and share our mission of sustainability and fair trade.

Join two Amsterdam locations, De Pijp and the 9 Streets, and help create an unforgettable in-store experience with a friendly, proactive team. A store discount, pension plan, and regular team activities are provided.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person - social, enthusiastic, and super motivated.
• You LOVE making customers happy. You give top-notch service, always with a smile and never rush!
• You’re a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude, able to juggle multiple customers while keeping your service amazing.
• You thrive on challenges and are super creative. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll keep searching until you do.
• Ideally, you speak Dutch, or at least you’re actively learning it so you can delight our Dutch fans.

Responsibilities

• Tell the incredible story of O My Bag to help customers find the right bag.
• Create an unforgettable shopping experience with a smile.
• Track product and sales data and brainstorm growth ideas.
• Organize and support in-store events, pop-ups and marketing campaigns.
• Be part of a strong, collaborative team.
• Help create beautiful store displays that feature our bags.
