Job summary

TICA Concept Store in Noord-Holland (Uithoorn) zoekt een allround concept store assistant voor 24-32 uur per week. Je verwelkomt TICA-leden, behandelt telefoon- en e-mailvragen en draagt bij aan een prettige winkelervaring.

Verder verzorg je restocking, behoud je een nette presentatie van producten en help je bij de kassa. Je werkt klantgericht, in teamverband en bent flexibel inzetbaar.

Responsibilities

• Reception duties: verwelkoming van TICA-leden en afhandeling van telefoon- en e-mailvragen.
• Restocking en zorgen voor een nette, aantrekkelijke presentatie van producten.
• Kassahandel en ondersteuning van TICA-leden bij het afrekenen.
• Actief bijdragen aan een prettige winkelervaring voor onze TICA-leden.
