Job summary

Foot Locker in Den Haag zoekt een Runner die de verkoopvloer ondersteunt door voorraad snel naar de verkoopvloer te brengen en inventaris zorgvuldig te verwerken. Je werkt achter de schermen mee aan een vlotte winkelervaring en houdt de voorraadruimte keurig en veilig.

Een flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook ’s avonds en in het weekend, is vereist. Je bent georganiseerd, snel en nauwkeurig, met minimaal 6–9 maanden retail- of magazijnervaring.

Qualifications

• 6–9 maanden retail- of stockroomervaring vereist.
• Vriendelijk, positief en teamgericht.
• Kan taken met urgentie voltooien met minimaal toezicht.
• Zeer georganiseerd en efficiënt in een snel tempo.
• Fysieke conditie om te knielen, bukken, ladders te gebruiken en 5–30 lb te tillen.
• Beschikbaarheid ’s avonds, weekends en feestdagen.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunt Sales Associates door snel schoenen en goederen vanuit de voorraad naar de verkoopvloer te brengen.
• Helpt bij het verwerken en verplaatsen van inventaris tussen voorraadruimte, verkoopvloer en distributie.
• Onderhoudt een schone, georganiseerde en efficiënte voorraadruimte volgens bedrijfsnormen en veiligheidsvereisten.
• Zorg voor correcte ordening van goederen zodat maten en stijlen gemakkelijk vindbaar zijn.
• Retourneren van goederen naar voorraadruimte en voorbereiden voor de verkoopvloer, inclusief display-schoenen.

As a Runner, you play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly by ensuring Sales Associates have the products they need, exactly when they need them. You maintain a clean, organized stockroom, promptly bring shoes and products to the sales floor, and efficiently return merchandise to its proper place. Your ability to stay tidy, fast, and accurate helps the sales team deliver an exceptional customer experience. While much of your work happens behind the scenes, your impact is front and center. Your support keeps the floor energized, organized, and ready to drive sales.

Kwalificaties

• 6–9 months of retail or stockroom experience preferred


• Exudes a friendly, positive, and team‑oriented demeanor at all times


• Able to complete tasks with urgency and minimal supervision


• Highly organized, efficient, and able to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment


• Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull, and lift weights of usually 5–30 pounds


• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Supports Sales Associates by promptly delivering shoes and merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor to maximize the customer shopping experience


• Assists with processing and moving inventory between the stockroom, sales floor, and distribution as needed


• Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements


• Ensures accurate organization of merchandise so sizes and styles are easily located and readily available for the sales team


• Returns merchandise to the stockroom neatly and prepares products to go back onto the sales floor, including display shoes
