Roler offers start-to-teach placements through a Talent Program with long-term substitute assignments across Dutch schools, including Friesland. You gain varied classroom experience while receiving personal coaching and guidance from experienced education consultants.

As a starting teacher, you work under a fixed contract and have opportunities to explore different schools to discover which environment suits you best.

Qualifications

• Has nearly completed a Pabo teacher training diploma or is a teacher with up to 5 years' classroom experience.
• Wants to continue developing as a teacher and grow through coaching and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Enter long-term substitute assignments across multiple schools in the Netherlands, including Friesland.
• Work with education consultants to find the best matching assignment and gain diverse experience.
