Job summary

Abbott zoekt een stagiair die deel uitmaakt van het Talent Acquisition-team in Nederland. Je leert de recruitment cycle door: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewen en contact met kandidaten.

Je werkt aan projecten zoals University Relations en Employer Branding en ontvangt begeleiding die aansluit bij jouw leerdoelen. Je krijgt een laptop, toegang tot systemen en een stageplaats bij Abbott met de kans om andere Abbott-locaties te bezoeken.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of Masterstudent met achtergrond HRM/Bedrijfskunde/Psychologie/Communicatie.
• Passie voor Talent Acquisition.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels en Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Meelopen in de recruitment cycle: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewen en contact met kandidaten.

Ben jij op zoek naar een stage waar je mee kunt werken binnen onze recruitmentafdeling? Kom dan bij ons stage lopen! Je bent als stagiare onderdeel van het Talent Acquisition team. Dit team werkt voor de Abbott locaties in de landen Nederland, Belgie en Norwegen. We zijn dan ook op zoek naar een ambitiueze stagiare met passie voor recruitment, die zich wil ontwikkelen binnen een internationale organisatie! Afhankelijk van je interesses kan je meehelpen recruiten of je meewerken aan interessante topics zoals University Relations, Employer Branding en Diversity and Inclusion. Lijkt dit jou interessant? Wat ga je doen?

Meelopen in de recruitment cycle: sourcing, pre-screening, interviewen en contact onderhouden met potentiële kandidaten. Werken aan projecten gerelateerd aan University Relations, Branding, etc. Uiteraard houden wij ook rekening met hetgeen jij wilt leren en is jouw inbreng meer dan welkom!

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Je bent een Bachelor/Master student met een achtergrond Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
• Je passie ligt binnen Talent Acquisition.
• Je bent communicatief vaardig en vloeiend in Engels, maar ook in Nederlands.

WAT ABBOTT BIEDT:

Je krijgt een stageplaats bij een wereldwijd opererend healthcare bedrijf. Deze stage biedt jou de kans om daarmee kennis te maken. Je draagt bij aan de werving van toptalent en je krijgt ook de kans om andere Abbott locaties te bezoeken. Wellicht wordt een van de locaties van Abbott zelfs je toekomstige werkgever! Je krijgt een inhoudelijke begeleider waarmee je spart over de inhoudelijke voortgang van je opdracht. De begeleider en coördinator bespreken met jou de voortgang en schakelen zo nodig met je opleidingsinstituut. Om je werk goed te doen krijg je toegang tot de systemen met een laptop van Abbott en zorgen wij voor een werkplek. Stage lopen bij Abbott betekent ook dat jij onderdeel wordt van onze groep stagiaires. Wij stimuleren initiatieven om met de groep uitjes te organiseren. Plezier hebben is namelijk ook een belangrijk onderdeel van een stage bij Abbott! En tenslotte ontvang je een stagevergoeding van € 500,- (bruto per maand bij fulltime)
