Job summary

Landal GreenParks B.V. is offering an on-site internship in reception where you will welcome guests, assist with reservations, and provide information about the park and surrounding activities. You’ll work with a friendly team to ensure a well-run reception and a memorable stay for visitors.

You are studying Travel, Hospitality, or a related field, and you can communicate in Dutch and English. The role starts January 2027, with hours negotiable, and Park accommodation and development

Qualifications

• Pursuing a travel, hospitality, aviation, recreation, or related degree.
• Flexibility to start from January 2027; weekly hours negotiable.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reservations and bookings: process bookings for facilities and accommodations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Guest contact: answer questions, resolve issues, and help guests feel welcome.
• Provide useful information about activities on park and nearby surroundings.
• Collect and relay guest feedback to help the park meet visitor needs.
