Building a sustainable tomorrow

During your internship you will actively contribute to the improvement of training within the rail infrastructure. Together with your supervisor you investigate opportunities to increase the quality and effectiveness of training programs. You analyse existing learning trajectories, identify improvement points, and translate them into concrete solutions, including the optimisation of the onboarding programme and the continuous development of diverse training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the optimisation of the onboarding programme for new employees.
• Assist in researching, updating, and developing diverse training programmes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HBO program in learning & development, instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Interest in technology and infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and structure tasks.
• Analytical mindset and clear communication skills.
• Availability for a full‑time internship.

Location & Working Arrangement

Hybrid – based in Breda with remote work, and occasional visits to project sites.
