Flexport is hiring a Staff Software Engineer focused on Applied AI in Amsterdam. You will build AI agents that automate logistics tasks, coordinate across teams, and ship autonomous solutions across the supply chain.

You’ll work with operators and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software. You should have 10+ years of software experience with LLMs, strong product instincts, and full-stack capability in TypeScript/Next.js.
