Job summary

• Analyze product and process requirements and perform risk/root-cause analysis.
• Develop and improve product designs, processes, equipment, test methods, and procedures; define technical requirements.
• Plan and execute validation and verification studies with test plans, protocols and data analysis.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and ISO standards; update procedures and support audits.
• Provide strategic input and mentor team members; drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Lead technology transfer, validation planning, and project execution; manage complex development projects in Design Control.
