Job summary

Atos SE seeks an experienced SAP Lead Consultant – Procurement to drive S/4HANA MM and procurement implementations. You will design end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, align with SAP Best Practices, and apply Activate across all project phases.

You will lead cross-country teams, mentor juniors, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value. Dutch and English fluency required; Netherlands work permit is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in SAP MM and S/4HANA Logistics, especially procurement to pay and supply chain planning.
• Proven track record as Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Experience with Grow with SAP and Rise with SAP programs.
• Dutch and English proficiency; valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions using SAP Best Practices and industry standards.
• Apply the Activate methodology across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• Integrate CALM analytics into delivery and governance processes.
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay process across finance, logistics, and sourcing.
• Lead workshops, configure SAP MM, and optimize procurement modules (Ariba, Central Procurement, Inventory).
• Mentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Lead Consultant – Procurement with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MM and SAP deployment frameworks including SAP Activate, Grow with SAP, Rise with SAP and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
In thisexciting job,you will drive solution design, execution, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices andcloudreadydelivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions using SAP Best Practices and industry standards.
• Apply theSAP Activatemethodologyacross project phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
• IntegrateGrow, Rise, andCALMpractices into overall delivery, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Own theendtoendSourcetoPay(S2P) process, ensuring strong process integration across finance,logistics, and sourcing.

Implementation & Delivery

• LeadFittoStandardworkshops following the Activate framework.
• Configure andoptimizeSAP MM and related procurement modules (Ariba, Central Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.).
• Requirement, task, and project management
• Process documentation and traceability
• Test preparation and orchestration
• Deployment and transport governance
• Operationsmonitoringand continual improvement
• Drive testing cycles, migration activities, cutover plans, andgolive.
• Support enablement, training, and change management activities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as functional lead for the procurement workstream in S/4HANA programs.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage functional delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and external SAP partners.
• Use insights fromCALM analytics andmonitoringto improve service quality and process performance.
• Promote SAP innovations such as digital procurement tools, automation, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years ofprofessional and project experiencein the areaofSAP MMandS/4HANALogistics(in particular inprocurement to pay, as well as supply chain planning processes).
• Proventrack recordas Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong handson experience with:SAP Activate methodology andSAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
• Grow with SAPand/orRise with SAP (must have)
• Deep functional knowledge of procurement,purchasing, vendor management, invoicing, sourcing, and inventory.
• Experience runningFittoStandardworkshops (Activate Explore phase).
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead functional teams across multiple countries or business units.
• For this position, you must already have a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands.
  And we are particularly interested in candidates who are proficient in Dutch as well as English.
