Job summary

Jobster in Zeewolde zoekt een gemotiveerde vakman die met trots een nette, professionele afwerking levert. Je werkt met een borstel of spuitpistool en leert stap voor stap schildertechnieken, ook zonder ervaring. Je werkt nauwkeurig aan aluminium onderdelen en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.

Wij bieden een marktconform salaris van €14,99 per uur, reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km, 32 uur/week mogelijk, 25 vakantiedagen en een informele werkomgeving met onboarding en ontwikkelingskansen.

Qualifications

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een hoge afwerking.
• Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels.
• Ervaring is een voordeel, maar leerbare kandidaat is welkom.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden van aluminium delen voor schilderwerk.
• Schuren en gladstrijken van oppervlakken.
• Reinigen en ontvetten van componenten.
• Zorgvuldig afplakken van delen.
• Schilderen met penseel of spuitpistool.
• Controleren van het eindresultaat en waar nodig bijwerken.
• Samenwerken om het werk tijdig te voltooien.

Together with an enthusiastic team, you will work on high-quality installations that are used worldwide to reduce fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. The working atmosphere is informal, communication lines are short, and your ideas are valued.

Wat ga je doen?

• Preparing aluminium wings for the painting process
• Sanding and smoothing surfaces
• Cleaning and degreasing components
• Carefully masking parts
• Painting with a brush or spray gun
• Checking the finished product and touching it up where necessary
• Working together with colleagues to complete the work properly and on time

You will be working practically and will see the results of your work immediately. From an untreated aluminium wing to a perfectly finished end product - something you can be proud of!

Wat krijg je er voor terug?

• Starting salary of €14.99 gross per hour
• €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre from 10 km onwards
• Full-time position; 32 hours per week is negotiable
• 25 days of annual leave based on a full-time employment contract
• Working hours from 07:30 to 16:30

• You enjoy sanding, cleaning, and masking
• You like working with a brush or spray gun You are reliable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with colleagues
• You speak Dutch or English

Experience in painting, spraying, or coating is an advantage, but not required. Do you have no experience yet, but would you like to learn the trade? We would be happy to teach you the skills you need!
