Job summary

• Experience in field service or technical support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve cases online/remotely and decide on follow-up actions according to the escalation process.
• Advise and inform internal stakeholders on technical solutions and case status.
• Ensure field service engineers’ debriefings are processed and Customer Support is informed on follow up actions.
• Update and/or register machine information in Installed Base Management system.
• Identify technical improvements which can be used for potential commercial opportunities.
• Create and maintain service documentation (Service Info, Service Letter and Service Notice).
• Monitor, evaluate and coordinate reported technical feedback and identify structural issues from reported technical feedback.
• Be the central point for supporting the knowledge build-up in the regions and the industry/product group.

In this role you provide technical support and expertise to customers, our regional Technical Support teams and Field Service teams. You will be the reference for all technical/technological questions in your field of expertise. You will build and maintain relations/connections with specialists and in- and external stakeholders. You will ensure that cases are handled in a timely manner and are able to fulfil and manage our customer’s expectations.
