Job summary

Abacus Medicine Group is seeking a Software Integration Developer to design and maintain backend applications, APIs, and integration services. You will leverage .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure to ensure reliable communication between systems and applications.

You will join an international team, contribute to technical design discussions, and balance hands-on development with a broader view of our system landscape to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• You have a Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience developing backend applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Solid experience with .NET, C#, SQL, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure backend solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

As our new Software Integration Developer, you will develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and integration services that support critical processes across Abacus Medicine Group. Working with Microsoft Azure and the .NET ecosystem, you will design solutions that enable reliable communication between systems and applications. You will also contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions, combining hands-on development with a broader view of our system landscape.

Your Profile

You have a strong background in backend and integration development, combining hands-on technical expertise with an architectural mindset. You translate business requirements into robust solutions, collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, and take a structured, proactive approach to improving systems and ways of working.

Knowledge sharing and technical collaboration are central to the team, and you will have the opportunity to influence how we design and develop our solutions.
