Job summary

LGBT Great is seeking a Software Engineer in Amsterdam to help write the product roadmap and scale a fast-moving startup.

This hands-on role covers the full stack (Python, FastAPI, React) with real ownership, shaping architecture and delivering features end-to-end.

You’ll work closely with the founding team, own ideas from concept to production, and move fast in a small, customer-focused team. Autonomy and impact are expected from day one.
