Job summary

SDF Horti Software, part of the KUBO Group, seeks a Software Consultant in Zoetermeer to bridge customers and developers and ensure successful software implementations. You identify needs, translate them into clear requirements, and work with Consultancy, Helpdesk and Sales to maximize user satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold HBO level, are fluent in English, and bring an independent, service-minded attitude with interest in ICT and horticulture; Power BI and system administration are a plus,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the key link between customers and developers to translate wishes into clear solutions.
• Identify customer needs and ensure software supports them effectively.
• Collaborate with Consultancy, Helpdesk and Sales to ensure user satisfaction.
• Coordinate smooth software implementations at customer sites.

Your job in a nutshell

With the growth of our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic Software Consultant to join our team! As a software consultant, you will be the driving force behind optimal service and the success of our software solutions.

In this role, you will act as the key link between our customers and the software developers. You have a talent for identifying the customer's wishes and needs and looking for the perfect solution. You then translate this into a clear explanation that makes even the most complex concepts understandable. Together with your team - consisting of Consultancy, Helpdesk and Sales - you ensure that users can work with our solutions with pleasure and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the software package at our customers. This means talking to them, identifying their needs and discovering how our software can best support them. You have strong analytical and communication skills, and you stay calm and focused, even during the busiest periods. With your great sense of responsibility, you ensure that every project is completed successfully.
