Job summary

All About Work is recruiting a physician to contribute to social-medical advising for citizens in medical or psychological situations. You will assess clients, provide independent advice within statutory rules, and work within a team familiar with diverse target groups and relevant legislation.

The role integrates medical expertise with a solutions-oriented, independent approach. The ideal candidate holds a WO Medicine degree, is BIG-registered, and brings several years of municipal healthcare

Qualifications

• Medical degree (WO) required.
• Experience with social medical advising is preferred.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on medical assessments for various provisions (housing urgency, parking for disabled, special assistance, student transport, compulsory education waivers, citizenship exam waivers, and employment).
• Assess medical and psychological condition of clients through anamnesis, observation, physical and initial psychological evaluation.
• Determine diagnosis and prognosis, assess level of limitations, and provide independent, objective advice within legal frameworks.
• Attend consultations and discuss diagnosis, limitations and outlook with clients.
