Job summary

APS Personeel in Schijndel zoekt een SMD Operator voor een fulltime functie in een high-tech productieomgeving. Je bedient de geautomatiseerde productielijnen, controleert processen en stemt machines af op nieuwe orders.

Je werkt in een team van circa 30 collega’s, krijgt een onboardingtraject, een buddy en een trainingsbudget via de company academy. Het startsalaris bedraagt 3.182,- bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met werken met machines in een productieomgeving.
• Technologie interest en motivatie om continu te leren.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels en bereidheid tot tweeploegendienst.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van productie lijnen en apparatuur.
• Afstellen van machines voor nieuwe productieorders.
• Processen bewaken en kwaliteit controleren.
• Componenten en materialen laden en bijvullen op de productielijn.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en inspecties.
• Zorgen voor een soepele en efficiënte productieflow.

SMD Operator - Schijndel - Full Time - MBO, Vmbo - Schijndel - 3.182 - 3.182 Functieomschrijving SMD Operator - Schijndel Are you looking for a technical role within a high-tech manufacturing environment? As a Technical Operator Electronics, you are responsible for keeping automated production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You monitor production processes, perform quality checks, adjust machines for new production orders and ensure that products meet the required quality standards. Working in a team of around 30 colleagues, you will contribute to the production of high-tech electronics while continuously developing your technical skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, values quality and likes to take responsibility within a modern manufacturing environment. From day one, you will be supported through a structured onboarding program, receive guidance from a buddy and gain access to your own training budget and the company academy. In return for your contribution, you'll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,- including shift allowance.
