Arla Foods in the Netherlands seeks a Site Director for Nijkerk Dairy to lead end-to-end site performance, safety, quality and continuous improvement. You will drive strategic and digital development, build capabilities, and collaborate across Supply Chain, commercial Netherlands, and support functions.

You will shape the Factory Strategic Plan, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure cost-efficient operations while delivering reliable year‑round production.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant field with broad manufacturing experience.
• Experience at a large-scale production site, preferably dairy.
• Strong leadership and track record in operational excellence and change management.
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end site performance and long-term development at Nijkerk.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance within the SQCDMP framework.
• Develop and own the Factory Strategic Plan and manage risks across the value chain.
• Drive digital transformation and data-driven decision making at the site.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, commercial Netherlands, and support functions.
