Job summary

Arla is seeking a Site Director for Nijkerk Dairy, the Netherlands’ largest fresh milk and yoghurt dairy, with about 300 employees, operating 24/7 year-round. You will be accountable for safety, food safety, quality, delivery, cost and compliance while delivering excellence through people and digital initiatives.

You will own end-to-end site performance, lead strategic and digital development, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Netherlands sales, and support functions to build capabilities for

Qualifications

• You hold broad experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in food or dairy.
• You bring extensive leadership experience with a track record of driving transformation.
• Fluent communication in English and Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible role model for safety, compliance & standards and a global mindset in daily leadership.
• Lead the Dairy Leadership & Performance development across SQCDMP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, Planet).
• Drive leadership and culture development with strong focus on Arla culture and change management.
• Develop and own the Factory Strategic Plan (FSP) to shape the site’s future and mitigate risks across the value chain.
• Accountable for end-to-end product economics and cost-efficiency measures within global standards.
• Oversee Digital Transformation & Innovation and anchor Arla digital standards across the site.
