Job summary

Bar Rouge in Amsterdam seeks a Bartender / Cocktail Shaker to be the star behind the bar, crafting drinks that taste amazing and look spectacular. You bring energy, flair, and warm hospitality to our busiest nights, working closely with the bar team to create unforgettable experiences.

Proven bartender or cocktail shaker experience is required, along with a passion for hospitality and fluent Dutch & English. Hours are negotiable, with a market-conform salary plus tips and network perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or cocktail shaker
• Passion for hospitality, drinks and presentation
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and other drinks according to house recipes and with your own creative flair
• Contribute ideas for new signature drinks and impressive presentations
• Advise guests on drink and cocktail choices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Work closely with the service team during themed nights, dinners, and exclusive events
• Help create a lively and welcoming atmosphere at Bar Rouge
