The Social Hub in Amsterdam is hiring a bartender for Clubhouse, our all-day space where members work, dine, drink and connect. You will mix, shake, and pour a range of cocktails and non-alcoholic options with consistency and flair, delivering warm, engaging service that makes guests feel at home.

Bring 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience, a love for drinks, and a passion to learn world‑class techniques from industry pros.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of bartending or hospitality experience
• Love for drinks, mixology, and low- or no-alcohol serves
• Eager to learn world-class techniques from leading industry professionals
• Strong communication skills and a friendly way with people
• Ability to multitask smoothly when the bar gets busy
• Fluent in English; any extra languages are a bonus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from cocktails to non-alcoholic options, with consistency and flair
• Deliver warm, engaging service that makes guests feel at home from the moment they sit down
• Bring Clubhouse's signature beverage programme to life, maintaining high quality standards across every pour
• Jump in to support food service and floor operations whenever the team needs a hand
• Share menu knowledge and event info with guests to help them get the most out of the TSH experience
• Keep the bar clean, organised, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes
• Support event setup and service, helping turn Clubhouse into the ultimate gathering spot
