Job summary

Marie-Stella-Maris in Amsterdam is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to optimise performance and customer experience across European markets. You will combine e-commerce operations, content management, SEO, CRO and data analysis to ensure customers can discover, understand and purchase our products online.

Daily work includes product launches, promotions, merchandising, onsite search, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Digital, Marketing, Creative, Product Development and Supply

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, website merchandising or a similar role.
• Experience with Shopify Plus, Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong understanding of CRO, customer journeys, usability, A/B testing and e-commerce SEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure product visibility, collections, navigation, filters and onsite search are optimised.
• Execute product launches, promotions, campaigns and seasonal assortment changes across European markets.
• Analyse data and translate insights into improvements across merchandising, campaigns, content, CRO and SEO.
• Coordinate copy, imagery, banners and assets for campaigns with Marketing and Digital Design.
• Monitor and optimise performance using analytics tools and QA checks.
