Job summary

Intro EU Staffing seeks experienced pipefitters to join a modern workshop in Sliedrecht, Netherlands. You will fabricate and assemble piping systems for maritime, offshore and industrial sectors, reading isometric drawings and coordinating with welders and QC inspectors.

Candidates should have shopfitter or pipefitter experience, familiarity with shipbuilding environments, and a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shopfitter, Pipefitter or Piping Fitter.
• Ability to read and work from isometric drawings.
• Experience in shipbuilding, offshore, industrial or piping environments.
• Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting isometric and technical drawings
• Assembling and fitting pipes, bends, flanges, tees and related components
• Preparing, aligning and tack welding pipe sections where required
• Checking dimensions and ensuring quality throughout the assembly process
• Working with materials such as Stainless Steel, CuNiFer, (Super) Duplex and Carbon Steel
• Collaborating with welders and quality control inspectors
• Following safety procedures and quality standards at all times

Are you an experienced Pipefitter who enjoys working on high-quality marine and industrial piping systems? Can you read isometric drawings and assemble complex pipework with precision? Then we are looking for you!

For one of our leading clients in Sliedrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for 4 Shopfitters / Pipefitters to join a modern workshop environment. You will be involved in the fabrication and assembly of piping systems for the maritime, offshore and industrial sectors.

What will you do?

• Reading and interpreting isometric and technical drawings
• Assembling and fitting pipes, bends, flanges, tees and related components
• Preparing, aligning and tack welding pipe sections where required
• Checking dimensions and ensuring quality throughout the assembly process

You have it:

• Experience as a Shopfitter, Pipefitter or Piping Fitter
• Ability to read and work from isometric drawings
• Experience in shipbuilding, offshore, industrial or piping environments
• Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one

Preferred:

• Experience with TIG tack welding
• Knowledge of pressure testing and leak testing
• Experience with Stainless Steel, Duplex and CuNiFer piping systems
