McDonald's Midden Limburg en Maastricht Centrum is looking for a Shift Leader to bridge Crew and guests, lead the team, and ensure smooth restaurant operations. You’ll schedule the team, keep the floor tidy, and manage paperwork, while delivering great guest experiences.

You should have a vocational (MBO) level and a knack for leadership; experience in hospitality or retail helps, but development via our academy is available to grow with the team.
