Job summary

McDonald's Midden Limburg en Maastricht Centrum zoekt een Shift Manager die als schakel fungeert tussen crew en gasten. Je geeft leiding aan het team, bewaakt het proces en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt in het restaurant. Je plant roosters, houdt het restaurant schoon en regelt de bijbehorende administratieve taken.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een mbo-diploma of mbo-denkniveau.
• Leidingervaring in horeca of retail is welkom.
• Graag in team werken en communicatief vaardig.

• Leiding geven aan de crew en zorgen voor een uitstekende gastbeleving.
• Roosters plannen en operationele processen bewaken.
• Toezicht houden op netheid en administratieve taken.

Job description

Run the floor like a true Shift Leader!

As a Shift Manager, you're the link between Crew and guests. You'll lead the team, oversee the process, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the restaurant. From a perfect Big Mac to a welcoming smile at the cash register, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You also know better than anyone how to schedule the team effectively, keep the restaurant tidy, and ensure the paperwork is in order.

Nachttoeslag €2,00 per uur. Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen McDonald's.

You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level. Management experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, but not required. We're happy to help you further your development. You're a natural leader who leads the team and sets clear goals. You're confident in making decisions, recognize talent, and help your team grow. You're adept at bridging the gap between details and the bigger picture. You can focus on what's needed on the floor right now and zoom out to maintain the overall picture. Stressed?
