Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Взять полное техническое владение существующим решением DMS и автоматизации.

• Завершить незавершённые задачи внедрения и подготовить решение к BAU.
• Оценивать производительность, масштабируемость, безопасность и устойчивость.
• Определять и поддерживать архитектуру решений, стандарты и лучшие практики.
• Оказывать техническое направление и поддержку по устранению проблем и развитию
• Возглавить передачу знаний от внешнего партнёра по внедрению Microsoft.
• Обеспечить документацию, процессы развертывания и скрипты PowerShell.

The enterprise solution is a document management and workflow automation system built on Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. It is approaching the Business-as-Usual phase after implementation with an external Microsoft technology partner.

Задачи:

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of the existing document management and workflow automation solution
• Review the architecture, configurations, integrations, and dependencies across Azure, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
• Complete outstanding implementation activities and prepare the solution for BAU
• Assess performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and operational resilience
• Define and maintain solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support for troubleshooting, enhancements, and future development
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition from the existing Microsoft implementation partner
• Review technical documentation, deployment processes, configurations, and automation scripts
• Identify and address technical gaps, risks, and dependencies before BAU handover
• Establish operational support procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution processes
• Ensure the internal team can independently maintain and enhance the solution through appropriate knowledge, documentation, and access
• Support production stabilisation and continuous improvement after transition
• Optimise SharePoint document storage, retrieval, search, and workflow integration
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex Power Automate workflows, including parent-child flows, reusable components, app-triggered flows, scheduled and recurrence-based flows, data-change-triggered automation, error handling, exception management, and workflow optimisation
• Develop and maintain Power Apps Canvas Apps, including solution-based apps, custom SharePoint forms, and integrations with SharePoint libraries and lists
• Manage Power Platform environments, security roles, connection references, and environment variables
• Ensure appropriate use of user-based and service-account permissions
• Read, execute, maintain, and enhance PowerShell 7.x scripts
• Install, configure, and maintain PowerShell modules, particularly PnP PowerShell
• Modify variables, parameters, and existing provisioning scripts, and develop additional PowerShell automation
• Maintain and update JSON configuration files
• Manage solution-based deployments across Power Platform environments
• Support deployment automation, version control, and release management
• Troubleshoot deployment issues involving permissions, connection references, and environment configurations
• Ensure appropriate security controls, access management, and permissions across SharePoint and Power Platform
• Manage application connections, service accounts, and environment-specific configurations
• Support operational monitoring, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency

Требования:

• 8+ Years of relevant IT experience, including significant hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform
• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Microsoft 365 Developer
• Experience delivering enterprise document management systems and workflow automation solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, identity and access management
• Understanding of application lifecycle management, CI/CD, and deployment governance
• Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site structures, permissions, and governance
• Advanced experience configuring document libraries, metadata, content types, and document management capabilities
• Experience with SharePoint managed properties, search schemas, and metadata mappings
• Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimise KQL queries
• Hands-on experience with PnP Modern Search v4, including search configuration and customisation
• Understanding of SharePoint limitations as a data source for Power Platform applications
• Advanced Power Automate development, including complex and parent-child flows
• Power Apps Canvas App development and custom SharePoint forms
• Experience with solution-based deployment, environment management, environment variables, connection references, and security roles
• Understanding of Power Platform architecture, platform limitations, delegation constraints, and performance considerations
• PowerShell 7.x scripting and troubleshooting, PnP PowerShell modules, JSON configuration management, provisioning scripts, and deployment automation
• Experience designing and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Understanding of Azure integration and cloud architecture
• Experience taking ownership of solutions developed by external implementation partners
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience transitioning enterprise applications from implementation into BAU support
