Job summary

ASML zoekt een Service Technician om de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van geautomatiseerde logistieke systemen te waarborgen. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan opslag- en intralogistieke apparatuur en verhelpt storingen snel volgens onderhoudsprocedures.

Je hebt een MBO+ diploma in relevante techniek, kunt schematische tekeningen lezen en communiceert vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands. Er geldt een 2-dages dienstregeling met mogelijk on-call diensten en doorgroeimogelijkheden

Qualifications

• Hand-on onderhoudstechnicus met ervaring in industriële systemen.
• Ervaring met elektrotechniek, werktuigbouw en pneumatiek.
• Goede lees- en interpretatie van schema's en tekeningen.

Responsibilities

• Voer preventief, correctief en voorspellend onderhoud uit aan geautomatiseerde magazijnsystemen.
• Oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen.
• Analyseer technische issues en operationele data om downtime te verminderen.
• Voer inspecties en tests uit om veilige, efficiënte werking te garanderen.
• Registreer onderhoudsactiviteiten volgens kwaliteitsnormen.
• Coördineer onderhoud met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
• Draag bij aan continue verbetering van apparatuurprestaties.
• Werk deels in cleanroom-omgeving volgens strikte veiligheidsprocedures.

As a Service Technician, you'll ensure the reliability and performance of ASML's automated logistics systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated warehouse systems and intralogistics equipment ;;
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults ;
• Analyze technical issues and operational data to minimize recurring failures and downtime ;
• Carry out inspections and testing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently ;
• Respond quickly to system alerts and perform repairs according to maintenance procedures ;
• Document maintenance activities in accordance with internal and external quality standards ;
• Coordinate maintenance activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders ;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize equipment performance ;
• Work partly in a cleanroom environment while following strict safety and quality procedures .

You will play a key role in supporting ASML's highly automated logistics operations and ensuring maximum equipment availability.

Dit ben jij

You're a hands-on maintenance technician with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving technical challenges.

You bring:

• An MBO+ diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field ;
• Experience with industrial maintenance involving electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems ;
• The ability to read electrical schematics and technical assembly drawings ;
• Experience performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance ;
• Strong awareness of safety and quality standards ;
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills ;
• Good communication skills in both English and Dutch ;
• A proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset ;

You're also willing to work in a 2-shift schedule, participate in on-call services, and adapt to future operational changes.
