Job summary

Vonmarcken B.V. zoekt een Service Engineer voor Montfoort. Je verricht onderhoud, inspectie, reparatie en installatie aan laboratorium- en medische apparatuur voor klanten in de Benelux. Je fungeert als technisch gezicht van het bedrijf en koppelt ervaringen terug aan sales en service.

Je werkt 30–38 uur per week vanuit Montfoort en hebt volop ruimte voor groei binnen de serviceafdeling. Ervaring met klantcontact en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• Relevante technische/elektrische achtergrond vereist.
• Onderhoud en reparatie van laboratorium- en medische apparatuur.
• Klantgerichte communicatie is essentieel.

Responsibilities

• Onderhoud, inspectie, reparatie en installatie van apparatuur.
• Identificeer verkoopkansen bij klanten en geef door aan verkoop.
• Adviseer klanten over optimaal gebruik en onderhoud van apparatuur.
• Rapporteer bevindingen aan de serviceleider en werk samen met sales en service.
• documenteer werkzaamheden nauwkeurig in service-rapporten.
• Draag bij aan procesverbeteringen en klantgerichte oplossingen.

VONMARCKEN Vonmarcken B.V. supplies, installs, and maintains high-quality laboratory and medical equipment for hospitals, medical institutions, pharmacies, general practitioners, and industrial customers throughout the Benelux. From our headquarters in Montfoort, we coordinate all activities-from sales and service to logistics and support. Our service department is the face of the company: we ensure that customers are not only satisfied with their purchase, but can also rely on their equipment to perform optimally over the long term. JOB TITLE As a Service Engineer , you are the technical face of Vonmarcken for our customers. You perform maintenance, repair, inspection, and installation work on our equipment, while also serving as a key link between service and sales . Thanks to your customer-focused approach, you identify business opportunities, provide expert advice, and help build lasting customer relationships. You will report your findings and suggestions for improvement to the Service Team Leader and work closely with the sales and service teams.

What are you going to do?

• Performing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installations of laboratory and medical equipment.
• Identify sales or replacement opportunities with customers and pass them on to the sales department.
• Advising customers on the optimal use and maintenance of equipment.
• Reporting technical and commercial findings to the service team leader.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and customer-focused solutions.
• Carefully documenting the work performed in service reports.
