As a Service Engineer at Bright Renewables, you will ensure that our innovative biogas and CO₂ installations always continue to run optimally.

What you will be doing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Engineer to join our Service & Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of biogas upgrading and CO₂ liquefaction installations.

The position is mainly focused on the Tilburg–Rotterdam–Antwerp region. Our head office is located in Enschede, where you are always welcome. Because this is further away from your region, we also have our own installation at Eco Park Waalwijk, where you can meet colleagues closer to home and, if desired, make use of the office facilities at the location.

Your responsibilities
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on biogas and CO₂ systems;

  • Making diagnoses and resolving mechanical and electrical malfunctions;

  • Proactively identifying improvements and contributing to continuous optimisation;

  • Acting as a technical point of contact for customers and ensuring high-quality reporting;

  • Participating in the on-call service (standby duties.

What are we looking for?
  • Technical education (MBO/HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar;

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in service, maintenance or installation;

  • Hands‑on mentality with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;

  • Driving licence B and willingness to travel within the assigned region;

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
