Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading technology institution to strengthen third-party and outsourcing management, focusing on DORA and EBA requirements. You will own the vendor governance framework, drive risk assessments, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to fortify resilience and compliance.

This role is highly operational, requiring a hands-on approach to remediation, data quality, reporting dashboards, and exiting plans.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in DORA third-party management requirements.
• Expertise across vendor onboarding, scope definition, risk assessment, contractual requirements, and ongoing oversight.
• Highly operational, proactive, and a self-starter comfortable owning and executing day-to-day activities independently.
• Ability to identify gaps, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure third-party activities are documented, remediated, and monitored.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the existing vendor list, ensuring all relevant data is accurately captured and maintained.
• Review all vendors to ensure they are within the management framework scope.
• Drive remediation for third-party vendors to meet DORA and EBA requirements.
• Run Business Impact Analysis alignment with third-party requirements.
• Document and maintain vendor governance, reporting, risk assessments, and oversight activities.
• Develop comprehensive Exit Plans with internal stakeholders.
• Execute thorough Risk Assessments of critical vendors.
• Set up and maintain vendor reporting dashboards, including Service Level Metrics.
