Job summary

Kroll's Valuation Services practice in Amsterdam seeks a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the growing team. You will own complex valuation engagements, interact with clients, and contribute to growth with mentorship from Directors, advancing within Kroll's global platform.

Responsibilities include developing DCF models, conducting market analyses, preparing high-quality valuation reports, and collaborating with colleagues across our international network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of valuation/transaction services experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch language skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and review DCF models for diverse engagements.
• Perform market-based valuation analyses using comparables.
• Prepare valuation reports and client presentations.
• Interact with clients to gather information and discuss assumptions.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams within Kroll's network.
• Support business development and mentoring of junior staff.
